Puppy Purchase Agreement                      Seller’s Personal Policy and Health Agreement                                                    Puppies we list will be sold to the first party to pay in full, and with a returned signed Purchase Agreement. If purchaser has paid in full and returned the purchase agreement, then changes their mind about buying the puppy, purchaser agrees that seller will only refund 0ne half of the purchase amount. NO EXCEPTIONS. Prior to leaving  and or shipping, if the puppy  becomes unfit to sell, purchaser agrees that the seller has the right to refund the amount paid and all agreements between the purchaser and the seller are void. All agreements must be in writing to protect both purchaser and seller. We can’t sell a puppy to anyone who doesn’t sign and return purchase agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. We except U.S. Postal Money Orders. Personal checks, with the exception that it clears before you take the puppy. If you choose to use PayPal, you must add their transaction fee(2.9%+.30) e-checks need to add $5.00 to the total due. IMPORTANT !!!!!

If you want your health guarantee to be in effect, take your puppy to a Veterinarian for a checkup within 3 (three) days of receiving puppy. The purchaser must pay all costs for this visit. If a life threatening genetic problem or illness exists at this time, this does not include umbilical hernias, the purchaser may return the puppy with a signed statement from the veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of the veterinarian’s exam for refund. Seller will not be held responsible for parasites of any kind, any treatable illnesses, genetic defects that are not life threatening, or injuries acquired during shipping/ after the time of receiving the puppy. A refund will be given for the purchase price only. Any medical costs incurred before return will be paid by the purchaser. If you do not take the puppy to a veterinarian within 3 (three) days of receiving the puppy, we CAN’T be responsible for the puppy in any way, shape or form. At that time, the purchaser takes sole responsibility for the health of the puppy. We will not be responsible if you lose your puppy, or it becomes a victim of an accident while in your care. If your puppy becomes ill call your vet immediately, waiting can prove fatal. We are not Veterinarians; we can’t diagnose, dispense medication, or give advice. We give no guarantees as to puppy’s quality for show, breeding, temperament, size, coat, allergies, skin condition, or hereditary defects that are not immediately life threatening.
