StoneKennels stonekennels@live.com Puppy Purchase Agreement Seller’s Personal Policy and Health Agreement Puppies we list will be sold to the first party to pay in full, and with a returned signed Purchase Agreement and deposit. If purchaser has paid in full and returned the purchase agreement, then changes their mind about buying the puppy, purchaser agrees that seller will only refund one half (1/2) of the purchase amount.NO EXCEPTIONS. DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY: FIRST RULE: If you are not certain you want a puppy from us, do not send a deposit! DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE! To reserve a puppy, we require a deposit and Purchase Agreement. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE! Once we have committed to you a puppy, we tell others it is not available…Therefore if you change your mind, you leave us high and dry looking for a new home for a puppy. Prior to leaving and or shipping, if the puppy becomes unfit to sell, purchaser agrees that the seller has the right to refund the amount paid and all agreements between the purchaser and seller are void .All agreements must be in writing to protect both the purchaser and seller. We CAN NOT sell a puppy to anyone who doesn’t sign date and return our purchase agreement and non- refundable deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We except Bank issued money orders ONLY, personal checks, with the exception that it clears before you take your puppy. Cash at time of pick-up if puppy is not paid in full before it leaves. Pay Pal, you must add their transaction fee (2.9%+ .30) and if it is an e-check you need to add $5.00 to your total.
Important: If you want your health guarantee to be in effect, take your puppy to a Veterinarian for a check-up within three (3) days of receiving your puppy. The purchaser must pay ALL costs for this visit. If a life threatening genetic problem or illness exists at that time, this does NOT include umbilical hernias, the purchaser may return the puppy with a signed statement from the veterinarian with-in seventy-two (72) hours of the veterinarian’s exam for refund .Seller will NOT be held responsible for parasites of any kind or any treatable illnesses or injuries acquired during shipping/after the time of receiving the puppy.Hypoglycemia is also not covered under our contract. Any medical costs incurred before return will be paid by the purchaser .Stone Kennels guarantees it's puppies for 1 (one) full year from the date of birth to be free of hereditary or congenital defects which causes death or a recommendation from a competent, licensed, practicing veterinarian that the dog be euthanized. All verifications must be presented in writing, on a veterinarian's letterhead and signed by him/her. A necropsy report (at owners expense) is also required stating the defect. After receiving documentation a refund or replacement will be issued. The puppy is only guaranteed up to its purchase price. If you do not take your puppy to the veterinarian with-in three (3) days of receiving the puppy, we CAN NOT be held responsible for the puppy in any way, shape or form. At that time the purchaser takes sole responsibility for the health of the puppy. We will not be responsible if you lose your puppy, or it becomes a victim of an accident while in your care .If your puppy becomes ill call your vet immediately, waiting can prove fatal. We are not Veterinarians; we can’t diagnose, dispense medication, or give advice. We give NO guarantees at to the puppy’s quality of show, breeding, temperament, size, coat, allergies, skin conditions, or hereditary defects that are not immediately life threatening.
